For more than 15 years, Julie-Michèle has been supporting teams of managers and executives in strategic talent management and alignment with organizational priorities, as well as in the planning and implementation of organizational changes.
She has developed a particular expertise in the telecommunications sector, notably by piloting the change management strategy of various transformations, deploying organizational development programs and conducting several strategic planning exercises. She has also worked for ten years in the public and private health care sectors, where she accompanied growing teams in the implementation of HR structures and programs as well as in the integration of continuous improvement processes.
Passionate about organizational transformation and talent development, she stands out for her ability to rally stakeholders around common objectives and translate organizational ambitions into concrete strategies, while putting people at the heart of success.
Julie-Michèle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Organizational Development. She is also a certified PROSCI Change Practitioner.
