Karine Wisintainer is a manager with over twenty years of experience in human resources management within established companies. Her expertise has been mainly developed in the financial and real estate sectors, as well as in engineering and construction firms, in the context of business continuity, company start-ups and international expansion projects.
Karine is passionate about human resources management, coaching managers and all aspects of talent management. Her experiences have allowed her to develop the ability to provide sound advices in order to accelerate decision-making while taking into consideration the organizational context and key issues.
Throughout her professional career, she has distinguished herself by her authenticity, agility, transparency and listening skills, which have allowed her to build trusting relationships with her various collaborators.
Karine holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and is completing a Master degree in Organizations Development and Management. She is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
